Biographical Info


Armand brings an extensive background in sales logistics, project coordinating, and office management. His passion at work is in team building and in human centered design. He works tirelessly to contribute functional improvements to our company procedures and communication. He particularly enjoys virtual collaboration as it combines his experience with team building and new technology.

Prior to joining ProStar Software, Armand worked in sales logistics at Wild Planet Foods, a sustainable seafood company. He also spent three years designing emergency shelters for disaster relief at World Shelters and Uber Shelter. His professional skills are in sales management, project management, product development, and organizational development.

What he brings to the table

Armand’s commitment to customer service is highly valued as part of the ProStar team.

On a Saturday afternoon Armand loves spending time enjoying the outdoors and relaxing with friends.  If the sun is out, they’ll be camping or at the river.  On those weekends or business trips when Armand heads out, he never leaves without a couple of good books to read and some language study materials. Fluent in French, Spanish, and English, Armand is not stopping there but is currently learning Haitian Creole.

For inspiration, Armand tries to follow the advice of a wise man who once told him to seek happiness from within. He holds an International Studies degree from Humboldt State University, and is passionate about empowering teams and organizations to do meaningful, creative, and impactful work.
