What technical support does ProStar provide?

Our technical support staff is connected 24-7.  Usually we respond within a few hours, but most of our contracts provide leeway for up to 48 hours. The specific level of technical support for our products varies depending on your Maintenance and Support Agreement.

You can specify in your support request the level of urgency/severity of your issue, which also defines the urgency with which we will respond.
